National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) is one of the top Russian research universities in the social sciences and management. It was founded by Ordinance of the RF Government on November 27th, 1992, initially as a master’s education сentre. The university comprises of a unique, linked network of campuses spread across the country: Moscow, St.Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Perm. The research and educational expertise of HSE professors has been widely recognized internationally as well as domestically.
Consistently ranked as one of Russia’s top universities, the Higher School of Economics (HSE) is a leader in Russian education and one of the preeminent economics and social sciences universities in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Having rapidly grown into a well-renowned research university over two decades, HSE sets itself apart with its international presence and cooperation.
From the four HSE campuses referred to above, it is those based in Moscow and St.Petersburg, which are seeking to enhance internationalization in Economics and Management through joining the QTEM Masters Network. QTEM-module courses for incoming QTEM students are provided by Faculty of Business and Management (HSE – Moscow) and St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management (HSE – St. Petersburg).
